In 1983, a US man wrote to Steve Jobs and requested for an autograph. The Apple founder typed a letter and said that he does not sign autographs. However, he signed his name in the perfectly legible lower-case script: "steve jobs."<br /><br />The letter has resurfaced on the internet after the launch iPhone 17. <br /><br />The letter was written on May 11, 1983, and is addressed to LN Varon from Imperial Beach, California.
